It is of utmost importance that you provide us with the correct date of your event and an accurate address so that we can best assist you with a successful delivery service. We recommend that you receive your package ONE day before your event: 1) You have an opportunity to refrigerate your package overnight, 2) Should a mechanical or weather delay occur you will have a better chance to recover for lost hours (scroll down to red bar to review TERMS AND CONDITIONS).

It is of utmost importance that the sender considers signature release option for the package. Requiring a signature may mean that your package will be returned to a non-refrigerated FedEx facility if no one is home, and delivery may not be re-attempted until the following day. Allowing for signature release means that FedEx has permission to leave the package at the door if no one is present at the shipping address. Main concerns would be weather, theft, and time of use when reviewing this option on the order form (scroll down to red bar to review TERMS AND CONDITIONS). 

A refund will not be issued in the case of an unsuccessful delivery subject to a "no signature release" (signature required) option.
