To insure successful fulfillment of your order we request 72 hours notice. For a quantity order we request one week's notice.
Please note: We ship Monday-Friday only.
You will receive a tracking number ONLY on the day of ship. The day of ship is determined by the date information you submit in your shopping cart. It is critical that you submit the correct date of your event, to ensure that we calculate actual date of mailing.

Quantity Purchase

Please check our Simplicity Singles page for quantity purchases (100 or more). For every 100 single leis we offer a complimentary bag of 100 loose orchids to enhance your large event. Quantities of 100 leis are carefully packaged in specially manufactured boxes (48" x 20" x 12'). Plan ahead for refrigeration and transportation of these boxes for your event.

Packaging

Our packaging consists of specially manufactured floral boxes, paper, plastic and/or tissue lining and frozen gel packs. Gel packs help the flowers to maintain optimum cool temperature particularly for the initial part of the journey.

Shipping Options

FEDERAL EXPRESS is our courier of choice and we are pleased to report their excellent track record and customer service for the last 15 years.

Priority

This service typically offers morning delivery next business day by 10:30 am to most zip codes in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Utah. For all other states delivery would be made in two business days by 10:30 am. NOT ALL ZIP CODES QUALIFY FOR THIS MORNING DELIVERY COMMITMENT, PARTICULARLY IF THE DESTINATION IS IN A REMOTE OR RURAL AREA.

Standard

This service typically offers afternoon delivery next business day by 3:30 pm to most zip codes in the West Coast states as listed above; by 4:30 pm in remote/rural areas. For all other states delivery would be made in two business days by 3:30 or 4:30 pm, depending on zip code. NOT ALL ZIP CODES QUALIFY FOR THIS DELIVERY COMMITMENT, PARTICULARLY IF THE DESTINATION IS IN A REMOTE/RURAL AREA.

Saturday

Saturday service is available to most zip codes for a premium charge, usually by noon or 1:00 pm depending on the zip code. Please specify if you are interested in this special option. You may call FedEx direct at 1-800-463-3339 or contact us for assistance regarding any scheduling or delivery inquiries. Due to Hawaii standard time difference, allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email or phone inquiry.

On the day of shipping we will email you your FedEx Tracking Number so that you may track your package online or call FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339.

Important Tips

It is of utmost importance that you provide us with the correct date of your event and an accurate address so that we can best assist you with a successful delivery service. We recommend that you receive your package ONE day before your event: 1) You have an opportunity to refrigerate your package overnight, 2) Should a mechanical or weather delay occur you will have a better chance to recover for lost hours (see Terms and Conditions).

It is of utmost importance that sender considers signature release option for the package. Requiring a signature may mean that your package will be returned to the FedEx facility if no one is home, and delivery will not be attempted until the following day. Allowing for signature release means that FedEx has permission to leave the package at the door if no one is at home. Main concerns would be weather, theft, and time of use when reviewing this option on the order form (see Terms and Conditions).

Aloha California Residents

Your State Department of Agriculture performs random agriculture inspections on packages from Hawaii in search of bugs and pests which have been infiltrating California crops. Such stringent inspections can delay the scheduled delivery of your package. Federal Express drivers work under strict time constraints, and cannot wait for inspectors to complete their inspections. Understand that these inspections are done on a random basis (see Terms and Conditions).

Holidays

Federal Express does not work on the following days: Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
